WHAT IS STORED

Customer email addresses, purchase records, download-token usage, artist account details, storefront content, and follower email addresses are stored to run digital delivery and artist mailing lists.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed by each artist’s Stripe account. Card details are never received or stored by VOIDSHOP. Stripe receives the details needed to process the payment under its own privacy policy.

DOWNLOADS AND MAIL

Purchase email is used to send the additional single-use download link and necessary purchase notices. Follower email is visible to the artist being followed. Mailing tools are not provided by this project.

RETENTION AND CONTACT

Store data is retained while an artist uses the service or as required for accounting. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact the operator at the address published on the site.
